Chipper
If you could imagine a stereotypical ragamuffin of a child, Chipper would fit the bill. Small for her age, she’s bundled in a winter coat that used to belong to someone else obviously. Under the coat are rainbow-colored leggings and a slightly tattered white skirt. She wears a woolen stocking cap on her head. The only thing other than the button on the coat that reads “I Voted Today!” is, of course, the big bushy tail.
